A Welcome to your Heart.

“Humans have been on a steady path attempting separation from nature. While there has been a quickening over the past few hundred years, this journey has been well on its way in most societies, for many millennia.

I believe that a woman’s body, mind and spirit are one of the key frontiers of this ecological destruction.

Through the severing of woman’s innate-living-intelligence (somatic+ancestral) from our people’s/species memory and living landscapes, through the ongoing, systemic and while in parts unconscious -a deliberate oppression- we have kept the life nurturing feminine enslaved and, hidden away, to a profound detriment.

Critically severing our natural bonding capacity on this journey away from nature - we have harmed and continue to harm ourselves, each other and in turn, our environments. Trillions of life forms, billions of years in evolution -impacted by one species- us, the human.

Humanity is always on the precipice of significant change, such is evolution, and with it, immense opportunity. Indeed, that is the very nature of all life.

For me, the work has been informed by these preceding abject facts and as a result, has centred around reclaiming and deeply honouring, our immutable inter-connectedness with all of life, our deep capacity for well-bonding and the gentle journey back home.

The female voice is now rising. I welcome you to a space where this voice is heard, integrated and deeply celebrated!

While our journey ahead will be long and often arduous, I am deeply curious and filled with hope at what is possible when we weave together from the Heart”

Annalee’s realness, encouragement and strength was exactly the support I needed. I recommend this course for every woman."

  • “Joining WomenSpeak with Annalee Atia and Tamar Newman Ben-Hur has changed my life in a huge way. On Friday and sat I spoke at the Vagina Conversations which was a very personal talk I gave in front of 250 people. There is no way I would have been able to show up in myself the way I did without all the tools I’ve been learning over the past 7 months. WomanSpeak is so profound, fun, authentic, safely held, super loving and one of the best gifts you could give yourself to empower the way you show up in the world.”

    Freer Bonne

  • "The hub has been so amazing for me and my family in the aftermath of the flood. The stress of navigating life…  It has been overwhelming.  We have jumped from accommodation to accommodation and with a baby and a toddler it has been intense. So having someone holding my back and helping has been phenomenal.  You have provided such a range of support, and the follow up and follow through as well. Not just one-off assistance, there’s a looking out for us that has been so wonderful.  At the end of the day, stuff is stuff, but it’s the care and not feeling just another hopeless victim and that someone has your back and that’s what matters."

We were all in distress from what happened but they kept going no matter what for the sake of the families and mothers. It was truly unique and I will be for ever grateful for being part of it and a witness of such love for the community”

Its up to us the women, the families, the consumers to have the voice and initiate the changes to better outcomes for maternity care, especially continuity models. Highly recommend a listen to this!"
